I really liked the music on your video and I think it is a great way for students to see technology in action in a cooking class. It will be a nice break from just standard lecture. You could have them make there own instructional video of how to maked something.
Rachel- I liked your video, especially the music. This video is great for a cooking class because it addresses correct measuring techniques. Maybe you could do it on a different program next time, so you can chose to slow down the transition between each picture. Well done! -Ashley
